Dubrovnik International Airport is a small, single-terminal facility, which is easily navigated. The terminal houses both domestic and international airlines. Croatian Airlines is the national carrier and it offers direct services to the UK as well as to several domestic destinations. International carriers such as British Airways, Austrian Airlines and Air France connect to multiple destinations including London, Paris and Moscow.

A tourist help desk is located in the main concourse. Shopping options include a stand selling newspapers and tobacco in the Domestic Departures area; a gift shop and a chemist as well as a duty-free outlet selling assorted goods in the International Departures area.




Passengers may wish to grab a bite to eat at the cafeteria, or relax in one of the restaurants or bars, where alcoholic beverages are available. Facilities also include a room to accommodate parents with infant children.

A bureau de change and ATMs can be found near the car rental counters, as can a bank offering limited services. The airport has a post office in the Domestic Departures area, which is open from 07:00 to 15:00.

Dubrovnik Airport is equipped to accommodate disabled passengers. Assistance can be provided from individual airline staff and the main help desk can answer any questions or concerns.
